Our service to customer
1、Before order
We cooperate with customers in new product development, provide customers with new fabric, new technology, and creative advice.
2、After order
Once ordered, our product service will begin. It is mainly including four aspects: fabric, garment, print and embroidery, trimmings. Fabric---We will offer the correct fabric swatches to our customer for confirmation in 3 to 7days and the fabric with correct color and quality in 7 to 30 days. Afterwards, it will take 15 to 40 days to finish bulk fabric production. All fabric will be double checked on four-mark standard by us even it is tested by fabric supplier, then go to storage. The fabric will also be loosened in 24hours to 48hours.
Printing and embroidery---to provide print and embroidery sample for customer confirmation in 7 to 10 days after receiving orders, and then begin to product samples and bulk production after confirmation.
Trimming---to provide required accessory for customer confirmation in 3 to 7days after receiving orders, after confirmed begin to accessory procurement, inspection, acceptance, entering warehouse.
Garment---to provide required style sample in similar fabric to customers in 3 to 7 days after receiving orders, and then begin to produce fit sample, advertising sample, pre-production sample or sales sample, size set sample, photo sample and pp sample for stores sell. After pre-production sample is confirmed then begin cutting, printing, embroidering, heating and sewing. We have line inspectors in every sewing team, team inspector is committed to make full inspection after sewing , and then begin second full inspection.Later conduct products sampling and packing. Inspection is executed after packing is completed. Inspection means: 1. Inspected by customer QC 2. Inspected by third party 3.Inspected by our party according to customers' AQL. During garment finished, thread clean machine, fusing machine, ironing machine (ironed by the given size) are used to make clean and even. Finally shipment is carried out.
3、After delivery
一.Make a summary of each order to find any improvement, such as better sewing method, better fabric, so as to make better service for our customer, finally increase customers' sale value.
二.In case unforeseen problems appeared in the order, we communicate with customers and make confirmation and solution timely so as to reduce the loss to a minimum, to achieve win-win development purposes.
